Premium Wellness Day

At Vitality, the company offers a valuable opportunity for employees to understand their key health numbers through the Vitality Healthcheck Day. By attending this event, staff members receive their health results on a health card, enabling them to gain insights into their health status.

The dedicated Vitality team has the capability to convert employees’ screening scores into a comprehensive performance report, highlighting any potential risk factors that may require attention. This report serves as a valuable resource to guide the company’s wellness journey.

To ensure convenience and accessibility, a qualified Vitality clinician is available to visit the company’s office premises and conduct a series of assessments. Alternatively, the option of a virtual healthcheck day is also available. These biometric health screenings are specifically tailored for member employees and can accommodate up to 30 individuals. During the healthcheck, each employee has the opportunity to engage in an informal discussion with the clinician to gain a better understanding of their results. It is important to note that the tests will be completed efficiently, with each employee requiring no more than 15 minutes.

By prioritizing these health assessments, companies can empower employees with crucial knowledge about their health and encourage them to take proactive steps towards wellness.

Workshops for physical health and fitness

The interactive seminars offered are specifically crafted to engage and inspire employees to enhance their health. By combining informative sessions with active participation, these workshops provide a platform for employees to acquire new skills and knowledge.

To ensure availability, bookings for the seminars are kindly requested to be made at least six weeks in advance via email. When submitting a booking request, it is requested to include three preferred dates for consideration.
